These terms cover your use of 1430consulting.com (the “site”), run by 1430 Consulting LLC (“1430 Consulting”, “we”, “us”), a Texas limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our consulting services and lets you contact us. It is general information about our business. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such.

Contacting us doesn’t create an engagement

Sending us a message, through the contact form or by email, does not make you a client and does not create a contract, a professional relationship or any duty of confidentiality. We take on work only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the work. Please don’t send confidential information until such an agreement is in place.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or abusive messages;
• try to get around the contact form’s spam protection, or flood it with requests;
• probe, scan or test the site’s security, or interfere with how it runs;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We may block access to the site or ignore messages that break these rules.

Our content

The text, design, logo and the “1430 Consulting” name on the site belong to 1430 Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the site for your own non-commercial purposes, with credit, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our logo or content to suggest a connection with us, or for any other commercial purpose, without our written permission.

Other websites

The site links to, and uses services from, other companies, such as Cloudflare. We don’t control their sites or services and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms and policies apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the site collects and how we use it.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that a message sent through it will reach us; if you don’t hear back, email business@1430consulting.com.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 1430 Consulting and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above; using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a part of these terms isn’t a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
